Pyramid lower upper body

Hi. I received my DVD in the mail. I was confused, because I thought this would be like bodypump. How often should I do the upperbody routine and lowerbody routine. Thank you.
 
Not Cathe, but I think the workout that is closest to Body Pump is Power Hour.

The Pyramid DVD does come with a bonus premix, which is a very good total body workout.

You can use the Pyramid workouts twice a week. For example, PLB on Monday and Thursday, and PUB on Tuesday and Friday. They're a great set of workouts. PLB is one of my favorite lower body workouts: very complete and effective, even without the floorwork.
