I just got this video...and I understand you can use dumbells instead of a barbell. If this is true, should I balance the dumbells on my shoulders or hold them to my side?

Cathe if you can't answer - maybe someone else can!
 
Lynne, either is fine. Use whichever helps you keep good form. One position may feel better for differant exercises. GREAT tape, have FUN!
