I would like to see an all cardio, pure kickboxing workout. It could include sections similar to the combinations from K,P&C and the kicking/punching drills from Cardio Kicks. I enjoy when blasts/intervals are thrown into the mix, but for this workout, I'd like to have them be as kickbox-related as possible.
