I have never seen a more awesome instructor, and I always look forward to my workouts. I have two questions: 1.- What are your thoughts on having a whey protien shake mixed with 6 oz. of skim milk
once or twice a day? Will this help you gain muscle or make you gain weight?
I would also like to know what kind of shoes Cathe wears for cardio and weights?
