problem with stability ball

Hey Guys,
sorrry, first time user, posted this question by mistake in the poll sections...once again...
I recently purchased a stability ball to go with Cathe's PLB, CM and SM. This morning was the 1st time i used the ball, and I could not balance at all, I kept falling right off, cant do most of the exercises especially the ones in CM-roll ins and jack knives. Is this normal? how long will it take me to get some balance on the ball?? any suggestions, I am pretty frustrated.
 
Just takes some practice. I was always falling off the stability ball just this past January and now I got a mean grip on it...ain't going no where without me! Just alot of plank work and other core work such as what you are already doing and you will be there in no time. You will be amazed at how fast you get there. Don't get discouraged.

You just have to keep working with it...you'll get there...don't give up!!

Don't worry - the balance will come with time.

However, if you want to "cheat" for now, until your balance gets a little better - try letting some of the air out of your ball. The squishier it is, the easier it is to balance on it (more ball surface area is contacting the ground, giving you greater stability). :) Then, as you improve, you can fully inflate your ball and keep working from there. :D
