My Mom and I love Cathe workouts whenever we can't get to the gym or on the days I don't ahve practice. But my Mom doesn't want to bulk up much. How about if Cathe made a Pilates workout that's maybe 50 or so minutes long for people who don't want to bulk up much.
The workout would consist of a 4 minute warm-up preferably for the core because Pilates is all about movements from the core.
Then it would go into 35 minutes of Pilates Mat work using 2, 3, and 5lb weights. This part of the workout would consist of basic pilates moves, engaging the core, along with arm and leg work.
Next would be about 8 minutes of stability ball work to really engage the abs. Maybe some light weights would be used as well to do alittle extra arm work or whatever.
Last would be about 3 minutes of a cool down with maybe some relaxing poses from yoga to end the workout.
This workout would be great for people not so into bodybuilding and muscle building. Kinda like me! LOL:+
