Hi everyone!
I'm about to go away for the holidays, and want to continue my pilates matwork that I've been practicing. I now know the exercises well enough that I think I will be able to do them on my own at the hotel's gym, but my problem is how to choose which exercises to do and in what order. Is there a specific way you're supposed to set up a program?
