I will be doing a periodization to go with my running.
My periods will be:
base training - building endurance
2nd period - working on speed
3rd - a maintance type of period
4th - distance work
I plan on running 3 days a week and would like the other 3 days to go with the goals i am working on with running. I need some help knowing which workouts go with which periods. Also, on days I can't run (because of weather, etc) which cardio tapes would most go with what I would be doing with running.
