My new workouts are supposed to arrive tomorrow. I'll dabble until they get put OnDemand. Yesterday I shopped because we are supposed to get snow today, and while they said afternoon, I don't trust them. Then this morning I planned to workout after breakfast and that's when I find out that my husband clicked a bad FB link yesterday and got a security message. He just unplugged it and didn't tell me until this morning. Ugh We tried a number of times to get it to open, but it wouldn't go past putting in the password. So, finally just let it sit. I had just started a chat with tech support and it started opening things up. If you ever had a Mac you know they like to launch everything when restarting. After he explained things to me more thoroughly, I think that the computer put up the security alert message that freaked him into unplugging it. Since my iPad and laptop are linked to it through iCloud, I changed my banking passwords, and I'll change some more later. So, no workout for me today.
I'm still not certain what I had was food poisoning, since I ate leftovers the day and the majority of it was cooked and hadn't been in the fridge long. At least while intense the worst of it only last about 18 hours. It is crazy that 3 of us had issues. I'm not sure I've ever had food poisoning.
Valerie do we really need to hear about your spring like weather. LOL!!!! I generally use romaine, too. I'll use other greens in my smoothies and it recipes, but especially in salads, I prefer romaine.
Diane Sue, I've found things out of date but nothing like that pancake mix. The truly oldest thing I've ever known anyone to eat was canned stuff at my Grandma's. There was stuff down there going back to the 30-40 years, and the older guy who lived there and took care of her the couple years actually ate some pickles. Though honestly pickles are so packed with salt they probably were fine. I generally don't buy prepared foods just because I try to avoid buying things in plastic containers when possible. Though I will buy some for the lunch on the road if I'm going to be driving all day.
Carolyn I do wish I had a good farmers market near me, but the good ones are days I'm not near them.
Judy are you supposed to get more snow today/tomorrow. We are in the 2-4" category.
