Well from a clean diet perspective they are canned/processed so no, they aren't the best choice. Frozen is definately the cleaner choice. I would eat the canned on occasion though ...it depends on HOW clean of a diet you want to have. I can't eat clean 100% of the time and would not want to. In fact, I am studying to be a personal trainer and just read tonight in my manual that focusing on eating well 80% of the time is effective for health/weight loss or management for most people.
