P90X grads - question

Hi all you P90X'ers! First off - congratulations on completing a very tough rotation!!

I am following Tom Venuto's BFFM, and am wondering if the P90X workouts would be good to accompany his nutritional plan? I know there are one or two cardio/weight sections is his ebook, but I'm not to the end yet and wanted to get started on a plan as soon as possible.

My next question is if someone could give me the rotation schedule for the first couple of weeks... I am having a new house built and have begun packing all of my books up in boxes - just my luck to have packed up all my P90X books (the nutrition plan, the charts, rotation,etc.). (I love the new house, but miss my stuff!) I started the rotation a while ago but never completed it, sad to say. I remember there were 2 workouts - a lean version (which is the one I'm interested in) and a tougher, more hardcore version. If I recall, they kind of went in order at first, but there were certain days you added the abs workout on... I just can't remember! I started looking through top boxes, but I just can't find them.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks,
Liz

If you're doing the Classic rotation, the first three weeks look like this:

M - Chest and Back - Ab Ripper X
T - Plyo X
W - Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper X
T - Yoga X
F - Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X
S - Kenpo X
S - Rest or stretch

:)

Thank you, Shelley!! I am so grateful - I really have to dig in and find the information that came with the program. I was going to contact custome service at Beachbody, but it was hard enough just to get the darn thing sent to me in the first place!! Hopefully that's improved, but I didn't need the frustration!

Thanks so much!

Hey Liz! I'll send you a PM, I have the P90X rotations saved in Excel that I can send you!

And BB customer service has gotten MUCH better. I'm a coach at MDB and if you have any questions I'd be happy to help!! Just shoot me an email!

You are a DOLL!! Thank you SO much!! I saw that I could order the P90X+ through you. I figured YOUR customer service was surely much better than thiers!!! I'm going to do a couple of weeks of P90X and see if I want to add the newer ones - are they way more killer than the 'originals'?

Thanks again so much!

Hey Liz! Glad that I could help out!

P90X+ are tougher in some ways, but they're also a little shorter at around 45 min. I'm SORE from the Abs/ Core Plus and the Upper body plus right now!! Total body Plus is on tap in about 20 min so I'll let you know how I like that one too! I've been doing P90X since April now (I did Classic, Doubles, and some Lean) so the X+ has been good change of pace for me! (of course, I've done some Cathe in there too!! }( )
