I am waiting for my P90X videos to arrive, and wanted to know if anyone can tell me if you have to have the chin up bar or can you use a substitution? Any suggestions would be great!! Lori BC
I started P90X just doing heavy pullovers and 1-arm rows instead of pull-ups, chin-ups. Then I moved on to using heavy bands (the heaviest set of B-line bands BB offers) attaching them to the top of a door using an attachement I bought at www.sissel-online.com (the attachment that comes with the add-on set for B-lines bands, that you can get from BB, is bogus!). Then I moved onto a pull-up tower, but still did part of my pull-ups as pull-downs with the bands.
