P90X - CardioX includes yoga????

Hi,

I was very quickly previewing P90X CardioX last night and noted that it seemed to have yoga on it. Is there something wrong with my DVD, or does CardioX actually include yoga for some reason? Does anyone know that has P90X?

I don't have Cardio X anymore but it's supposed to be a mix of Plyo X, Kenpo X, Yoga X and either Core Syn or Stretch X. This one is used more in the Doubles Rotation when you want some extra cardio or in the Lean Rotation where you're not ready for the Classic rotation yet and need to work your way up a little more slowly.

Cardio X is actually a good work out. It's lower key then the other cardios but is a nice mix of everything. I didn't do it often but enjoyed it.

So CardioX does include yoga? Yoga just never struck me as very cardio-esque, with the possible exception of Adrienne Reed's Power Yoga.

Yup it includes yoga. It's supposed to be a less intense work out and a mix of everything.

Yes, Cardio X does include Yoga X. Yoga can feel like it has a cardio effect to it especially with many sun salutations (which Yoga X has a lot of).
