Well, that was a neat express abs workout…about 30 min, give or take a minute or 2.
First with ball, crunches, hip lift ball pass unders, V lifts, Superman passes…..
Ab Stackers:). Stacking crunches, plank stackers, oblique stackers & modifying boat
pose. Gliding …mermaids :), oblique twists, L crunches, plank leg out & unders.
Neat little warmup too.
most were favorites of mine.
