Nutrition and Fitday questions...

Hello Fit Ladies -

I have just started logging in my food consumption into fitday.com.

Has anyone purchased the PC version (as opposed to the online version)? If so, how do you like it? Is it worth it?

Also, I'm starting a new eating pattern, consisting of 5 small meals with a split of 50% Protein, 30% Carbs, and 20% fats. Does this seem a reasonable weight loss scheme?

This is a good scheme for muscle building. As far as weight loss, calories consumed versus calories expended is what you should go by. Also, your food needs to be clean and your protein lean. Carbs should be complex and not simple. You should stay away from trans and saturated fats.

Remember: The source of your protein, carbs and fats are important.
