Well, ladies, we have three more days
The no salt thing has been SOOOOO easy for me. I didn't think it would, as I'm a cracker fiend, but I've been having a few unsalted whole wheat sesame mini breadsticks and they seem to work okay. I think if I ate a chip now, the salt would send me into a tailspin!
The sugar thing, however, has not been so good. Even though I wasn't doing "no sugar" this month, I find myself falling back into old habits with cookies and such.
The water thing has been really very good. There were a couple of days I didn't get the whole 64 oz in, but that was mostly because I kind of forgot and by the time I remember, it was too late to guzzle all that water, or I would have been up all night!
Okay, now that I've written a book, it's over to you! How is everyone?
