Nioxin

So - I've read that some people here are using/trying this product. Comments? Success?

I've used Nioxin products for a few years. My hair is that typical baby fine blonde...yuck. It does make it more easy to style and more full, doesn't tend to "build up" on my hair,which is good. I tried the vitamins, but for the price, not my thing.

I quit because it was stripping my hair color. I am now taking a supplement from Kerastase for thinning hair. You have to take it at least three months to see a difference, and I only started, will let you know.

I just started Nioxin again after several years. I use System 3 which is for chemically treated hair. I've heard lots of good things about it.

Biotin is an excellent supplement for hair and nails.
