Cathlete
Cathe,

You are the BEST at interval workout. Nobody does it better! I thought it would be great if you could do 45 mins interval workout of each hi-lo, step and kickbox (would prefer 60 mins each, but to fit on one DVD, I can live with 45 mins). I leave the premixes for you -- you have done GREAT so far. I think there are sooo many way to premix these -- some has to be floor only (hi-lo and/or kickbox) since at times I really do not want to lug my step out. For workout blender, each segment is 10-15 mins so that for 6 workout blender segment (1 wu, 4 aerobic, 1 cd) could max out to 1 hr workout. Pretty please...

Totally in harmony with SteppingFool here.

And while we're on the subject, may I advance MY wish list for what the intervals consist of?

Vertical jumps in place
Strict plyo jacks
Strict explosive lunges (fka "power scissors")
Jumps onto step
Side-to-side "slalom" jumps
Sumo squats
One-legged hops
Squat-thrust "terminator" climbers
Ice breakers
Sequential power kicks
Airborne jacks
Straddle-taps off sides of step
Power lunges on step (a la Body Max power circuit segment)
Plie jacks
Power hops
"Running Man"
High-knee runs
High kicks
Plyo heel digs
Butt-kick runs
3-count Over-The-Top (a la I-Max 2)
Side-to-side "speed skates"
Uneven power lunges with turn (a la Interval 10 I-Max 2)

I'm sure there are more . . .
