Newby with Cathee workouts.

Good-morning everyone,
I purchased and woke up this morning to view my first Cathe video, the Cardio and weights work-out. As I watched I realized I am not quite there yet!!!!!! I actaully even feel asleep while watching the video in bed this AM and woke up and there she was --- still on the step. Can anyone recommend any less intense tapes to start with maybe a little less choreography as I build more endurance.:) :) :)and learn the steps. I will still work on doing Cardio and weights but at a slower pace with less weights. Thanks for any assistance :7 :7 :7

Bev, have you already been exercising or are you a beginner? If so, what have you been doing and what do you think you'd like to do? If you're specifcally wanting to do step, you might want to start with Cathe's Step Heat, or the Wedding video. The choreography is a little more straight forward and athletic. Also, the wedding video has a weight workout as well as a step workout.

Hi Bev! I started with Mega Step Blast and it was a great introduction to Cathe's basic moves. I then went to Step Max and found that to be a solid follow-up to MSB. HTH!
 
Hi Bev!! Just wanted to say that Cardio & Weights is a workout that always cheers me up.

BTW...I love your screen name. :)
 
Thanks for all the recommendations, I appreciate it... I have been doing the FIRM since May, which is sort of steppy but not quite as steppy as Cathe :) with alternating walking.:)
