Hi Cathe - I just purchased Basic Step + Body Fusion - my first Cathe purchase. I've hit a plateau and have heard great things about your DVD's. I really need to clean up my diet though. It has been pretty bad lately. Any diet advice would be very appreciated.

I can't wait until my DVD gets here!
