Realized I really messed up the dates on the title when I first tried to post this, so ignore the other post!
Hi ladies! Well, I enjoyed my rest week...almost so much that it was hard to make myself work out today. But I did, and I'm so glad I did. We went on a trip this weekend and came back Monday, and I had a bit of a cold yesterday so I didn't work out until today.
So today was the first disc of Meso 2 - I had a lot of trouble with the bench presses. I didn't do my one rep max for those for some reason, so when I looked at my workout card and saw nothing, I had to guess. I started off w/55 lbs (barbell). Well, that was too heavy. I could do about 8 reps but definitely not 12. And my step doesn't fit perfectly in between my squat rack (using it as a bench press) so the whole thing was awkward. Need to figure out the best way to set that up.
