new and needv help

Hi Cathe! I've just purchased a few of your tapes, and wondered if you could suggest a rotation using them to get me started. I've been using the Firm for a few months, but I'm ready to take things up a notch. I can only work out Mon. through Friday, and want to fous on lower body. These are the tapes that I have so far, and. I'll be adding more with time:

Leaner Legs
Pyramid Upper Body
Power Circuit
All Step

I have other cardio only tapes that I can supplememt with if needed until I get more.

Thanks so much. I just haven't been able to figure out the best way to use them on a M-F rotation.
