Here is a listing of the rotations for the Classic workout program. There is also a Lean rotation and a Doubles rotation. I don't have them typed up - found this one on the forums.
You can find the log sheets to track your workouts online - I wanted to print them so just googled P90X workout (or something similar) and found them so I could save them to my computer for printing out.
