I just bought the P90X set ;) but I did not receive the instructional DVD. :mad: Could someone let me know what is on it?

Hi Timea! Nothing really, just sort of a prep for what P90X is about. Did you get the manual? If you read that, you'll be fine! Let me know if you have any other questions and good luck!

Thanks for your quick response. I don't have the manual either. I just don't have any idea how to start. Do I have to do the fisrt disc on the first day, second on the second day etc. Please help, I have no idea. :eek:

Here is a listing of the rotations for the Classic workout program. There is also a Lean rotation and a Doubles rotation. I don't have them typed up - found this one on the forums.

You can find the log sheets to track your workouts online - I wanted to print them so just googled P90X workout (or something similar) and found them so I could save them to my computer for printing out.

Shoulders & Arms, ARX
Yoga X
Legs & Back, ARX

Week 5,6,7,10,12

There are 3 different versions that you can do- Lean, Classic, and Doubles. I prefer the Classic version myself but do doubles also since I am a runner.

I do have them saved in an Excel file if you want to send me an email I'd be happy to send it to you! HTH!

Oh yeah, and here is the link to the P90X worksheets so you can keep track of your weights/ reps and see your progress!
