Hey, guys! I am getting married at the end of the year, and I would love to loose this weight and get a little toned. I recall a website, that someone had compiled several Cathe workouts, and one of them, Cathe had provided a workout routine for a lady who wanted to get in shape for her wedding. Can someone help me? OR....since you all are expert, healthy, people anyway, can you offer some advice. I do have several of Cathe's tapes, and I like to run and swim. Please help, this butt get into gear! I don't want 'wobbly bits' on my honeymoon!
