My friend has a horrible rash all over her body

it is red and excema type. She said that she hasn't changed anything. WHat could be causing this?It has been going on for a year.

Could I ask a really dumb question - why has she not been to a doc for this?

Well I have had a rash for the last few months?? It is red and is on my elbows and in the bend of my arm then started to move to knees and top of my foot. I went to Dr. and he thinks it is d/t cotton wood??? I got a cortizone shot 2 1/2 weeks ago and that helped, but this week it started coming back. So far cortizone cream works on taking it away, but if I miss a day or 2. It starts getting red again He said it should go away after it freezes Hope this helps!!
