Hi Cathe and Producers,

Your workouts are genius! I really appreciate how thoughtfully the music is programed. Not only the song choices, but the segues. New songs kick in part way through a long and grueling set and it refreshes the mind and supports the body to push through.

Lately I've noticed a trend in recent productions to play very downbeat music for the stretch, and I would like to encourage you to explore a more uplifting musical motiff for stretch. For example, I love the Cranberries cool-down from one of your older programs, it helps set my pace for the rest of my day, and reflects the mood of positive emotions completing the workout brings. (In contrast, the music to the Butts and Guts cooldown is practically a funeral dirge and I rush past you in the stretch to get away from it.)

Thank You for producing such tremendous programs that my only quibble is cool-down music!
