Hey Lori and Randi!
I think I will be doing the following rotation for 6 Weeks on a 10 day cycle repeating the rotation after every 10 days with Sunday being a rest day:
M: PS BBA/CST/One more ab workout of choice(short cardio optional)
T: High Intensity Cardio
W: PS SL&A/One more ab workout of choice
Th:Cardio
F: PUB
S: Cardio/abs
Su:Rest
M: PH or MIS or ME
T: High Intensity Cardio
W: PLB/Ab workout of choice
Then I will start with PS BBA/CST again and continue in the same order always resting on Sunday. I continue to work on the obssesive notion that I must include it all in one workout...tee hee! Have a great week guys!

Good Morning.....Today is C, S, and Tri's for me. I think I will also add in the Ankle weight work from L&G's.

Hey Lori,
Monday I did PS CST/BBA/SS Bike Manuvers. Tuesday I did not have the energy or drive to do Imax so I did SB instead and had a good workout. Yesterday I did PS SL&A. Today will be cardio and possibly abs. I will save the interval cardio for Saturday after working upper on Friday(PUB).

I had a great week at school. The kids are already improving. They are so cute! I am greatly enjoying my three day weekends in the summer.

Hi girls,

Sorry I've been away so long! I've been very busy with work and I'm just back to working out this week since I was diagnosed with bronchitis. Today was lower and cardio (step class), yesterday I went into the office, Tues. upper (no cardio), and Mon. lower and cardio (kickboxing). Tomorrow I go into the office again so no workout.

Bless your heart! Make sure you are easing back into your workouts. I'm glad you are over your bronchitis. We knew SOMETHING was amiss! Glad you are back.

Yesterday I did a great cardio workout posted by Pinky: Step Max WU&Section 2/Step Fit Section 1/Step Works Section 2. The intensity really snuck up on me and it was a real sweat factory. This combo is a keeper for sure. I liked it a lot. I also did abs from ME. Today instead of PUB I want to FRY my arms. I may try MIS Chest/PH Chest/MIS Back/PH Back and so on until I have worked the enitre upper body. Have a great day!

Good Morning ladies....well, I have fallen off the workout wagon, AGAIN. Sonmetimes, I just get so overwhelmed, and busy, I just can't do it all. Especially when it is the week before the week before. I ran out of my Evening Primrose Oil, and I gotta tell you, I am doomed with out it. They say it balances hormones, and I have to agree. Well, hopefully next week I get back into it.

Welcome back Randi! Lori, you will get back on...sometimes life just takes over.

Today I completed Imax. I had to pause the video during the second set of power lunges(interval 8) and rest for a couple of extra seconds then I finished the set. Other than that I completed all the intervals without extra rests. I was glad to be finished! Have a great rest of the weekend ladies!
