Hi Everyone,
I came across this comment promoting sole use of bands for glute strength and aesthetic
.
As much as I am opened to variations and versatility, I am against such promotion especially because they don't mention nutritional work . Nor does it mention progression overload . Fitness athletes and bodybuilders practice progressive overload and we shall agree that they hold glutes defying gravity through out their mature and senior age regardless of genetics. Many will argue quoting barre, dancing, etc..... but enough studies and data/fact prove it.
Here comes my question : Nowadays, Do such advertisements mislead exercisers or not? Do exercisers have sufficient knowledge to make decision to embark onto programs, systems and workouts?
Here below is a illustration of marketing I do not stand for!!! In fact I can't stomach. I agree with Mr glute / Bret.
I am so glad Cathe is not into such poor communication.
Merry Christmas everyone
