A series devoted to men. Cathe and 3,4,5 guys in the back. Similiar to a CTX series. Thirty-minutes of some sort of aerobics (kick box, plyo etc.) and a body part a day. An ab routine also. I think you would tap into a market that is very small at this time. My DH is hit and miss and I think he needs structure. I don't think step should be in it. Too dancy and tricky unles you could do one that is simple enough. Also a stretch. Make it a two disk DVD. I know my DH is not a fan of leg work and I think a lot of guys are like that. They just kind of see the upper part of the picture. I work more there and less on the legs.

I would buy it for him in a NY minutec. . . :) :7 ;-)

I suggested this same concept a few weeks ago, so I obviously agree. Even just mixing up the "classes" to include men with the women. Definitely an untapped market and these workouts would definitely appeal to them!!
 
I agree! I think the more advanced stepping is just too fast/complicated for most men to learn. Not an insult to men, just a fact of the differences between men and women. Boot Camp is the only Dvd my son will even consider attempting. He says the other Cathe's are for girls!
