I have been so PATIENTLY waiting for you to post that rotation you used with S&H. Can you please??? I did S&H Chest and Back today w/ CTX Kickbox. I planned on doing Legs and shoulders tomorrow, another 1/2 cardio after bi's and tri's Weds., a full hour cardio Thurs., PH Friday, then on my last day, another hour cardio like Imax. What do you think???
