I had to let you know how GREAT your Bodyblast DVD's are!! This is my first experience with the DVD's, although I have almost all of your workouts (except the Wedding video
This bodyblast series has everything: challenging workouts, great music, and wonderful variety! My three little ones love the music and dance all around during my workouts. I really appreciate all the time and planning you devote to producing such high quality exercise series.
As we all know, some days it is a real fight to get up and get moving...but your videos/dvd's totally motivate me! I think all the girls in your workouts are just super too. Lots of fun and very tough! Thanks again!!! I cannot wait to order more dvd's!!
