You might try searching the "Live" PHA Super Sets workouts (there are several of them) They have 2 lower
body, 2 upper body but doesn't say anything about a core exercise, so really not sure..... HTH

I think you are looking for #314 - PHA Supersets - In traditional PHA we alternate upper and lower body exercises, but with PHA Supersets we alternate two upper body exercises with two lower body exercises. We’ll do this pattern for a group of various exercises and then repeat them. After that we’ll have a new group of upper upper / lower lower exercises, and repeat those as well.
