Hello Cathe and Staff,
For many years I have been faithful user of the Workout Manager. Thank you.
It helps to motivate me and assess what I have done and need to do.
On the home page of the manager there are areas to record weight, BMI, % body fat and measurements. After reading your excellent article on measuring lean body mass, I am wondering if you would consider adding to the workout manager home page an area where users could record their LBM (in pounds or kilograms). I am hoping to maintain my % body fat but increase my LBM as I add muscle and this would help me track my progress toward this goal.
