A good starter are the basic kettlebell workouts for sale at Target. I got plenty sore doing one of those. A lot of people here are really into the kettlebell workouts over at ArtofStrength.com. I got VERY sore doing Providence and the really advanced kb users here seem to love Newport. Be prepared for two things, though: 1) With the exception of the rather basic Target workouts (excellent for teaching proper form), kettlebell dvd's seem to be ridiculously expensive and 2) Kb workouts seem really easy while you're doing them but, if you're anything like me, you could wind up very sore for many days. Proceed with caution and good luck.
