Attention Cathe Live subscribers, Thursday June 26, 2025 at 9:30am EST, we’ll be doing “Hip Hip Hooray, It’s PHA!” LIVE. This high energy workout alternates between lower body and upper body exercises to keep the heart rate high from start to finish. PHA makes you stronger, increases your stamina and gives a high calorie burn. What’s not to love !!
Equipment Needed:
A high step with 3 or 4 risers underneath
A variety of weighted dumbbells (we’ll be using 10’s -15’s, but feel free to grab 20’s too if you are feeling strong).
A fitness mat
