My 17 yo niece has started to work out to Cathe workouts. It was so funny tonight because she did Hiit 30/30 and at one point Cathe says, "Get down!" and my niece responded to Cathe, "YOU get down!" Then near the end of the workout my niece said, "This is evil! It's like The Ring!" (The Ring is a horror movie about an evil video that kills its viewers seven days after they watch it.)
I'm just proud of her for exercising!
edited to add: I just want to clarify after re-reading my post, that my niece is really enjoying her workouts and is really excited to be getting into an exercise routine. The way I wrote this, it could read like she has a major attitude, but she was joking and laughing, and I'm not sure that came across in my original post.
