Hi Jen,
It really depends on what you want to achieve. Below are the original Intensity Rotations posted by Cathe. I couldn't find the link, but I had cut and pasted them into a document I had so here they are:
ADVANCED Total Overall Body Blast Workout:
Mon: Boot Camp
Tues: off
Wed: Muscle Endurance
Thurs: Imax2
Fri: Cardio and Weights
Sat: Pyramid Lower Body with the first 5 intervals of Imax 2
Sun: Pyramid Upper Body
ADVANCED Total Body Conditioning with more focus on Heavy Weight Training
Mon: Pyramid Lower Body
Tues: Pyramid Upper Body
Wed: Imax 2
Thurs: off
Fri: Cardio and Weights
Sat: Pyramid Lower Body with the first 5 intervals of IMAX 2
Sun: Pyramid Upper Body
Advanced Total Body Conditioning with more focus on Muscular Endurance
Mon: Imax 2
Tues: Cardio and Weights
Wed: Muscle Endurance
Thurs: off
Friday: Circuit Max
Sat: A lower intensity cardio of your choice
Sun: Muscle Endurance
Hope that helps or at least gives you some ideas. I actually had done a rotation where I did the Total Body Conditioning the first week, then the Overall Body Blast the second week and then the Total Body Conditioning with focus on Muscular Endurance the third week, then repeated them all again. I did that just so I could get the feel for all the videos. I wasn't trying to achieve any specific thing. I currently try to do PUB, PLB, and Muscle Endurance each once a week.
I have really loved the Intensity Series, I hope you do too! Good luck to you!
Edited to add: You might want to look through the "Video and DVD Rotations Forum" for more ideas.
