DH has just left on deployment and I have decided to take this time alone and put it to good use. My goal is to lean out and develop more muscle definition. I have been working out pretty consistently throughout homeport but would really like to start a rotation that will give me the results I am looking for. My diet is pretty clean so I think I am doing okay with that. To use in my rotation I have got: CTX series with Circuit Max and Cardio Kicks, Imax 2, Cardio and Weights, Terminator, Body Max, Step Jump and Pump and MIC. Can I get the results I want with what I've got or I could always do some more ordering
I have also got an elliptical I could use for extra cardio and a gym here on base I could take advantage of.
