IMax2 victory...

Today I decided to brave Imax2, the FitTv version. The last time I did this work out, about 6 weeks ago, I really struggled with the choreography and the aerobic endurance through the intervals. Today I truly amazed myself, and I enjoyed every sweat-drenched minute of it! :) I caught on to the choreography very well, it just seemed to "click". And I really kicked butt during the intervals. :D

In case anyone else has wondered the FitTV version has 8 step combos and 7 intervals.

WhoooHOOO! What a way to kick off the long weekend!

Great job, Connie! I still remember when I made it all the way through Imax 2 (which wasn't that long ago). It was a goal that I made for myself and I was so happy when I made it! Good for you!

Now I really want to do this one again! Since BC is tonight, it looks like it's going to be an Imax Saturday! WOOHOOOOO!!!!

Way to go Connie! Today was the 1st time I got thru the FitTv version of Bootcamp. I did it 2 weeks ago and I couldn't get thru all the jumps.

same thing for me. I taped it off FITV three months ago and was so frustrated and I couldn't jump because I didn't have the strength int my calves. I bought it a couple of weeks ago and have done the whole thing twice now and I am now in agreement with everyone that it is so fun!
 
Congrats, tallchick!! I just love how quickly our bodies build up endurance and strength. Of course, Cathe's workouts play a big role in that too. hehe ;)

YAY Connie.... good for you. I LOVE IMAX2. It is my favorite of the IMAXs.

I am here on vacation and the hotel has a computer in the lobby. How cool is that? This is great to be able to check in.
 
Good job, Connie! Your next assignment is to get IMAX2 and complete all TEN! (I'm a personal trainer now so I'm getting carried away with "assigning" the next phase.) But seriously, you could set that as your next milestone.

Assignment accepted! }( BUT, I'll have to work up to it and save up to buy the DVD. :p It's so cool that you're a PT! That must a really fun and rewarding career.

I am looking very forward to the day that I can successfully (and by that I mean withouth passing out) complete IMax2- the full workout. I know I'll get there- and when I do I'll definately post up and brag on myself. :D

I read your post about doing 110 walking lunges and KPC. WOW! I'm truly impressed. You rock, woman! I was thinking about you when I was doing my first walking lunges yesterday, you were my motivation. My goal is to catch to YOU. :p lol
