I have been using videos for years and have been moaning and groaning about the conversion to DVD's - we have one but to move it into the basement to do workouts just doesn't work (plugging in and unplugging, the mess etc.) So - I just dug in my heals and decided I'd have to use vidoes until we win a lottery or whatever! Then - I realized (DUH!) my laptop from work plays DVD's! Boy did I fell stupid when I realized I could be doing DVD workouts by moving it into the basement for 1 hour a day! NOW I AM in the new millenium and I can order the new workouts! Can't wait! I saw Cathe post a little while back that her new series will fry the hamstrings! I can't wait to get it!
Two questions for educated crowd:
1. Does anyone know which new workout will fry the hams?
2. Can anyone recommend a good pilates workout - that way when I travel with work ( about 2 or 3 days a week) I can do a full body workout in my hotel room by watching a DVD on my laptop!
