Which one would you choose? Eat to Live or Eating for Life (BFL).I have a 25.00 gift cert to Amazon and am interested in both of these. Which one do you think is the better of the two and why.

I've only read Eat to Live, and I'd recommend it, but can't compare it to Eating for Life. If you do a search on the forums, I'm sure you'll find plenty of detail on each.
Well I have Eat to Live and I do eat that way as I am Vegan. Eating for Life I know is not vegetarian or vegan and IMO Vegan/Vegetarian is a much better way to eat...I know more people here follow Eating for Life over Eat to Live...you'll get more posts......Carole
