I survived KPC combo 3!

That should be a Tshirt. :)

Anyway, it wasn't as bad as I thought. Actually kind of fun. I think I let myself get all paranoid & worked up for nothing. Which is not new for me LOL.

See, all psyched up for nothing. This happens to be one of my favorite Cathe cardios. I am really looking forward to Kickmax! Great job on surviving!!

Aila:)

I remember when I first did those combos. I could do all of them -- but only on my right side. My left side was all over the place. It was very odd, like a Jekyll and Hyde kind of thing. Eventually I was able to get my brain to connect with my left side.

Damn, Maximus. Leave that Catholic thing alone, would ya?! x(

I will never live that one down...I can tell.

LOL sorry Candi, truthfully I didn't even remember it was you who'd posted it originally so don't take it personally.

Of course now I'll never forget.......:p

I understand Maximus! I had the workout for 3 months b4 I did the whole thing through. I was terrified of it. I added on the cardio drills or the combos after a workout but I wasn't about to do the whole thing. Then it came up in a rotation and said "Well I can always take brakes!" I ended up doing the whole thing and wondered what was so hard about it! Now its my favorite. Why is it that we are most afraid of the things that turn out to be the best?

Wow, congrats! I have not gotten all the way through this one yet. Usually I am dying after the drills.... ;)

The only thing wrong with eating fish is that I don't like it. But I eat it because it's good for me. I don't like doing Combo #3, but I do it because it's good for me. Get it?

I'm not Catholic. I'm Episcopalian. We can eat whatever the heck we feel like eating, whenever we want!:)

I always have a tough time with combo 3 but I finally did it yesterday with little problem. It's funny because even Cathe and crew mess up on this one here and there.

You know what I have the most trouble with is really putting my body into the punches. Maybe b/c I haven't done the workout enough times & am still focusing on just getting the moves right, but I know I'd get more out of it if I could really throw my hips & back into it.

Otherwise I didn't have much trouble with it--it certainly isn't her toughest workout. I'd put it at maybe 60-70% of MIC or either Imax.

After you get the moves down you should have a better time focusing on your form. The first few times I did it I wasn't sore at all the next day, now I'm sore for a couple of days afterwards - especially my back and shoulders, it's really defined my back muscles since I've started incorporating it every week.

Your right about the Imax's (dont have MIC) being tougher heart rate wise.
