The ACE Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant exam.

Hope you don't mind me sharing, but I am really happy (and relieved). It is a relatively new certification that focuses on working with obese and overweight clients from a nutrition, behavioral modification and exercise standpoint.

I've been studying like mad and now I can finally catch up on what is happening in Cathe-land.
