I need help

Hello everyone! I have been working out for 2 yrs. doing advanced step with a little weights here and there. I have reached my goal weight of 127 but my inner thighs and hips still have a little fat on them. I want to get more toned in those areas. Please tell me what I can do to get these areas toned. Do I need to use some leg weights?

Hi M,

I know that I need to train my legs using heavy weights. Step for me is more cardio where weight traing does more toning. I train my legs 1 to 2 times per week using weights. Hope this helps!
 
At this point I'd change up your cardio to include some kickboxing, definitely up your weights for legs, but the key once you're at your goal weight is to clean up your diet!

Kickboxing and start doing some heavy weights with your legs. Using a 14" step for step-ups is great for toning your legs and butt.
 
I agree with Donna. Kickboxing and step-ups are great! One of my favorites that helps me is PLB and ME lower body premix.

I also know that biking is a great leg toner (especially up hills :) ) I agree with Jo- PLB and ME are great for legs. so is L&G :) you have lots of options!! now get busy!!! lol :p -tina
