I need HELP with avatar!!

I never really cared about adding this to my name on the old Cathe forums, but this new site makes me want to do more! I love seeing all of the pictures and it is helping me place names with pictures to get familar with new names and all that. But I cannot for the life of me figure it out! I am techo challenged (to say the least!) Does anyone have easy step-by-step instructions for me?!?!

Go to your UserCP, edit avatar, upload a picture from your computer & hit save.

Thank you! I tried that before and it kept saying upload error or something! But I kept at it and Finally it worked !!!! Hurray!!!1
