I need Advice...

Hello.
I have a feeling my body is asking for some time off from exercise, I am getting pains and i just feel very sluggish in my workouts lately, so i was thinking to just take the rest of the week completely off form exercise. My question is i just started a Gym Styles rotation on Sunday and so far have only done Chest and Triceps, so if i take a week of should i redo chest and triceps or just take a complete 7 days off and then just pick up on day three of the rotation where i left off? Any Advice would be very much appriciated!:)
 
Michelle, my advice would be to do Chest and Triceps again after taking the rest of the week (or 7 days) off. After a full week off (or even 48 hours off) from weight training, your body should be fully recovered and ready to go again.:) Plus, you don't want to wait too long to work chest and tris or you may lose some strength gains.

Good for you for listening to your body. After 7 days off, you can start anywhere you like. As long as you go back to doing all 3 of the GS, it doesn't matter what order you go in.
