Hello.
I have a feeling my body is asking for some time off from exercise, I am getting pains and i just feel very sluggish in my workouts lately, so i was thinking to just take the rest of the week completely off form exercise. My question is i just started a Gym Styles rotation on Sunday and so far have only done Chest and Triceps, so if i take a week of should i redo chest and triceps or just take a complete 7 days off and then just pick up on day three of the rotation where i left off? Any Advice would be very much appriciated!
