UGH! The last ones leave tonight and I can't wait to get back into the workout routine. I must have gained a few pounds with all the eating I've done the past week.

You know what they say, Guests are like fish, they are fine for a day or two but start to stink after 3. I know the feeling. WE have a few people that live out of town, and they come and vist. When they are here, I have a hard time working out. Mainly because I would be doing it right in front of them. Granted it's my mom and dad, or mother in law and step-father in law (fwew), but it's still uncomfortable for me.
And what is it with losing your muslce ten times faster than it takes to gain it??? That's just not fair at all.

Beth:

don't sweat it. I've hardly worked out since August. So, you are doing miles better than me. Life, and relatives, happen!

You'll get back into it soon enough, just don't try Imax on your first day!

Hey Beth! I haven't worked out in exactly two weeks myself. Had a nasty cold that wouldn't go away, no energy to work out. I had planned on working out this morning, but spent the whole night in ER with my mom & step dad. Now I am feeling lousy again, but hopefully a good nights sleep will help!

What are you going to start out with? I'm thinking maybe I should do my eliptical and push-pull. I can't wait!!!!

Life does get in the way sometimes, but it won't take long to get right back to where we were!

Happy sweating!

Before the holidays I was doing 2 body parts per day using Pure Strength and doing a cardio portion of CTX. I may do that this week with the anticipation of the DVD timesaver next week.
