I am FAMISHED today!

What is wrong with me???:eek::eek::mad:

I got up at 5:20 to workout before work and even when I woke up I was hungry. Normally, I am not hungry until 9ish or even longer.
Anyway...got up had a coffee, did my workout which was HSC (minus the cardio) and 4 miles on the TM.

So far today I have eaten:

8:00- 2 ww waffles with cottage cheese (260)
10:30- All bran bites (90)
12:30- Egg,2 slices of ww bread, cheese slice (315)Cookie (150)
4:00 Crispy delights,yogurt,1/2 bag of chips,fruit (350)

I have also been drinking tons of water. Prehaps I should brew some coffee. That should make me last until dinner.
I still have 2 hours of work left and when I get home my mom is cooking a roast dinner! Im afraid that I will eat the legs off of the table! Not to mention that I am still hungry between each meal!

Im not normally like this...anyone else ever get like this?

I can relate to how your are feeling (or should I say -starving!?) ;) Actually, ever since I started Cathe's workouts in June, I have days (more often than not) where I feel like I simply cannot satisfy my hunger! It drives me nuts because I feel like there is only so much I can eat!! It happens more when I do a hardcore workout like Drill Max or something, but even with just the consistency of working out about 5 days per week, I am constantly hungry! Sometimes I wonder if I am eating the right things to keep me sustained. I just wanted to let you know you are not alone! FAMISHED is an excellent word!

I know you mentioned you are not normally like this. Have you been working out more often, or harder?

I've been starving all day today, too. Maybe I'm storing my winter fat? LOL! But I did 4DS Boot Camp this morning and I know that's why I'm hungry...I mean, I had a piece of lasagna (a big piece, but healthy style--spinach, fat free ricotta, part-skim mozzarella) and I'm RAVENOUS...and I had to buy Halloween candy at lunch and it's sitting under my desk, mocking me...BUT I SHALL NOT GIVE IN TO MOUNDS BARS!!!!!!!! I WILL NOT! :)
 
This happens to me, too

Sometimes I just feel like there's not enough food in the world. I look at my 3 squeaky-clean meals in my little cooler at work and I just know that even if I ate all of it at once, I would still be hungry.

I usually eat some trail mix or something in addition to my first snack of the day and it helps. I try to be proactive, and eat more clean food ASAP so I don't end up eating an entire jar of peanut butter when I get home from work!

i had these days. its best to just keep eating b/c your hungry but make sure to make it healthy. in the past when i have tried to ignore the physiological hunger like this, i end up binging on everything. your body is telling you it needs a bit more cals today. tomorrow you may be back to normal if you just listen to what its telling you it needs today.
