How often should I do strength training?

Cathe,
I think I finally understand the difference between strength and endurance training and the importance of each. I do have a question though. How often should I go back to the strength training? I have a rotation where I do 4 weeks each of strength, endurance, circuit, yoga. I'm wondering if I have to long between times when I am doing the strength.

Also, I'm wondering if Legs and Glutes would be a strength or endurance. Thanks
