I am curious when specific amounts of weight are referenced in the strength videos are you including the weight of your bar? For instance in pyramid lower body while you are doing leg presses you get up to 35 pounds. Is that 35 pounds including the bar or 35 pounds on top of the weight of the bar? I use a 14 pound bar so would I be doing 49 pounds or putting 20 pounds of weight onto my 14 pound bar?:+
